  • Local areas near Chorasta, Main Khan, Pakistan.
  • Other locations within Pakistan (availability and charges may vary).

2. Shipping Charges

  • Local Delivery (Within Chorasta or Main Khan):
    Flat delivery free PKR 100.
  • National Delivery (Other Areas in Pakistan):
    Shipping charges depend on the weight, size of the package, and destination. Charges will be communicated at the time of order placement.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Deliveries: 1-2 business days.
  • National Deliveries: 3-7 business days, depending on the location and courier services.

We aim to meet the specified timeframes; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or holidays.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Packaging

All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to report the issue.

6. Tracking Your Order

For deliveries requiring courier services, a tracking number will be provided via SMS or email. Use this number to track your package on the courier service’s website or app.

7. Delivery Terms

  • Signature Upon Delivery: Deliveries may require a signature as proof of receipt.
  • Unavailable Recipient: If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or require you to collect the package from their office.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

9. International Shipping
